a. Does existed a bug in the ship design, and due this, the Pyrochette were unable to design Mines and Recon Satellites!
b. Where included more construction of mine-sweepers.


Goal.
=====
I wanted to create a competitive AI, using all the standard SE4 files, and in my opinion, I think that I did a good work.  
Also, the people that knew me from some time ago, also had known that my race in SE3, the Aquilae Federation, was the 
Pyrochette Empire's more hardest enemy... And although the Grand Mausic Yith Saulkar was my RPG enemy, I like to believe 
that we're friends in real life (although we live very far one from the other). The Pyrochette Empire died in Se3, but I 
wanted to come back this bad guys in SE4, using the COOL shipset that the Grand Mausic Yith did some time ago.

Race Characteristics.
=====================
Was optimized to play without starting tech, and to play with all the tech available from the start, witouth use medium or 
high bonus.
The Pyrochette is a race with high Research Skills and knowledge in the Temporal Technology. They're a violent people, and 
like to conquest, destroy and submit into the slavery, the more weak races that they could find.

- To the Grand Mausic Yith Saulkar (Joel Hoines). He's the creator of the original Pyrochette Empire, and who did the great
shipset that I'm using. Without their authorization, I were forced to use a less interesting race, and maybe, a default 
shipset from SE4! Thank you old foe!!!
